Drupal 7 is Looking Beautiful

01.15.2010

^ This is drupal 7 fresh out of the box. Generally speaking, any setting or edit in drupal 7 happens from the page you are on, and you will never, ever leave that page unless you want to. I predict that a lot of people will at first be shocked by this. If you're used to the crappy way things are, the sensibe way will seem alien at first. (the fellow in the picture isn't sold yet btw). Give them 30 minutes actual use, and they'll never want to see a drupal 6 menu task or admin page ever again. I knew drupal 7 was shaping up to be a huge release, but I'd never had guess we'd see something this big. Looking forward to saying goodbye to drupal 6!

Leisa & Mark did a terrific job with the d7ux project but I am missing an equivalent web2.0ish frontend theme.
